We offer TUS workshops, i.e. a series of classes in which we promote communication skills and cooperation in a group of children. Participants train social competences, group cooperation, assertiveness, communicating their needs, expressing their emotions and recognizing them in others, or resolving conflicts without using aggression.

Classes teach emotions and social skills through theater and improvisation. Classes take the form of learning through play – participants create their puppets, play shadow theater, or play improvised scenes. In this way, they consolidate the social skills they have acquired. The main emphasis here is on emotions – naming them and recognizing them in yourself and other people. During classes, children can learn how to deal with anger.

During the classes, children perform various art works, both on their own and in a group, we encourage children to develop their creative side, thanks to which the child's imagination, manual skills and motor skills are stimulated

Space for relaxation after an eventful day, integration with peers, as well as free play, in addition, we have also planned discos, bonfires, evenings of board games

Team sports await participants, thanks to which they can learn cooperation and conflict resolution methods, in addition, relaxation during sightseeing walks, yoga workshops for children and trekking trips are planned
